Meine Frage:
MS is an analytical technique that ionizes chemical species and sorts the ions based on their mass-to-charge ratio. It is widely used to detect and identify unknown compounds within a sample, quantify known materials, as well as to elucidate the structure and chemical properties of different molecules. Can it be used to analyze Glycoproteins? I see this possible at https://www.creative-biolabs.com/glycoprotein/mass-spectrometry-ms.htm Hav e any one try this?

I'd assume: yes, at least MALDI-TOF should work, but better ask this question e.g. on researchgate.net.
